Operator: Andrea Vittorio Vignoni, existing pilot maintainer. Contact: andrea.vignoni82@gmail.com. No future SRL is represented as the current seller.
The existing Agent Commerce OS signup service stores the email and verification records needed to establish your identity. This Trust pilot links only its numeric identity ID, trial dates, usage counts, referral label and your optional non-binding pricing preference. It does not copy the email, store your API key or store API request bodies in its pilot tables. Cloudflare provides hosting/database services; the existing verification service uses Brevo to deliver requested codes.
Trial records are used to provide the requested trial, enforce one trial/quota, and assess product interest. Optional pricing preference can be withdrawn through the pilot page. No card details, marketing subscription, payment mandate or advertising cookies are requested. Your key remains only in the page while open; it is not saved to browser storage.
Operational metadata and shared signup records are distinct from the pilot tables. Pilot records are purged 90 days after trial expiry on new pilot activations; backups and provider operational logs may have their own retention. One-trial controls may no longer identify a removed pilot after deletion. Contact the operator for access or deletion requests and questions about the shared signup data. You may raise a privacy complaint with the relevant supervisory authority. Pricing interest is research, not consent to be billed or evidence of revenue.
